Returns and Refunds Policy
This Returns and Refunds Policy outlines the terms under which Great Basin BioMaterials (“GBBM”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles returns, refunds, and order issues.
By placing an order with GBBM, you agree to the terms outlined below.
All Sales Final
Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. GBBM does not accept returns or offer refunds for any products once an order has been processed and shipped.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including product selection, quantities, and shipping information, are correct prior to completing their purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within a reasonable timeframe of delivery. Claims must include sufficient supporting evidence, such as clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Upon review, GBBM may, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or other appropriate resolution. We do not guarantee refunds in these circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
GBBM is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier directly to initiate any investigation.
We are not obligated to replace or refund orders that are confirmed as delivered.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
GBBM reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of our Terms and Conditions.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree that all transactions are made in good faith. If you experience an issue with your order, you agree to contact GBBM directly to seek resolution prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
GBBM reserves the right to dispute any chargeback and provide evidence of order fulfillment, delivery confirmation, and acceptance of our Terms and Policies.
